The book for our November meeting will be marley and me by John Grogan. Book Club will be held at the home of Shelby Weissgerber on November 27th.

Welcome to the Book Club Blog
Several members of book club thought it would be fun to have a location where we can come and talk about books. So, here it is. Welcome to the OSC Book Club blog!
If you've never blogged before, it's easy to do and very addicting! You need to do one thing before you can make comments and post (write about) something. You need to create an account.
Here's how:
At the bottom of this post, you'll see the word "comments"- Click on it.
At the bottom of the text writing box you'll see "Choose an identity"- You'll see a link for "no google account- sign up here". Click on this.
Fill in all the required information and hit continue. The display name is what you want it to read when you leave a comment or make a post. So when it has to do with book club- I will have it read "Book Club POC" but when it's just me making a comment it will read "Sydney".
Once you have your identity, you can make a comment on any blog you read!
We wanted to have a forum where we could recommend books/authors. Talk about great reads, great finds. A place to shout out for a copy of a book you'd like to read and I also think it would be fun to discuss the book club selection "after" book club for those who may have read the book but who weren't able to attend.
Really, this is our blog so we can format it and make it how we want it! Leave a comment, make a suggestion and let's get reading!
